What is your uptime commitment?
We commit to 99.99% monthly availability for cloud servers, network and data-centre infrastructure. A service credit is applied if we fall below it. Details are on the SLA page.
Do you migrate my existing site for free?
Yes. Migration of cPanel, Plesk, DirectAdmin and WordPress sites is free on yearly hosting and all cloud server plans. The DNS cutover is planned without downtime.
How quickly is a cloud server provisioned?
After payment confirmation, automatic provisioning completes in about 60 seconds. Linux distributions and Windows Server templates are ready.
Is DDoS protection charged separately?
Layer 3-4 DDoS protection is included free on all cloud server and hosting plans. Layer 7 (application) protection and WAF are available as add-ons.
Where is my data stored?
When you choose Türkiye locations your data never leaves the country. European locations (Frankfurt, Amsterdam) are used only if you select them.
How does backup work?
On hosting plans, daily automatic backups are kept for 14 days and restored in one click from the panel. On cloud servers, optional backup keeps 7–30 days of system snapshots.
What is your refund policy?
Hosting and VPS plans come with an unconditional 30-day money-back guarantee. Third-party products such as domains and SSL are excluded.
Which support channels do you offer?
Tickets through the customer panel, live chat, phone and e-mail. All channels are open 24/7; our average first response time is nine minutes.
Do I need technical knowledge to manage a server?
No. With the managed service option, OS updates, firewall, monitoring and backup are handled by our engineers.
