As Ovabit Information Services Inc. (the “Company”), we process personal data obtained through the service relationship as data controller under KVKK (Law No. 6698) as set out below.
Controller and processor roles
For customer account, billing and support data the Company is the data controller. For personal data that customers host on their servers, the Company acts only as a data processor within the hosting service; this data is not processed other than on the customer’s instruction and its content is not accessed.
Data processed and purposes
- Identity, contact and billing details: contract and accounting obligations
- Technical records (IP, access logs): security, abuse prevention and statutory retention under Law No. 5651
- Support tickets: service quality and problem resolution
